Senior Cat Vet Visit Checklist: Records, Videos, and Questions to Bring
Use the packet for what you already know. Leave unknown fields blank; contact the clinic about a new or worsening concern instead of waiting to finish it.

Confirm how to share existing records
Ask the clinic which records it wants and how to send them. If you already have a dated video of a naturally occurring change, label the date, time, and setting; do not provoke or repeat a sign to record it. AAHA's Senior Care Kits guidance describes photos and videos as one way to track changes over time.
Keep the clinic's current instructions with the packet
Bring the medication and supplement labels or the written plan the clinic supplied. Ask the clinic about any unclear or appointment-day instructions, then record its actual answers and follow-up plan on the second sheet.
